Fit Women A women-only exercise group. Sessions take place in Didsbury Park in all weather.
Didsbury Village WI A newly-formed branch of the WI, this group meets on the first Tuesday of every month at the Methodish Church Hall.
Abundance Manchester This non-profit group harvests unwanted fruit from people's trees and distributes it to Manchester's needy. They also have an allotment in Didsbury if you fancy doing a spot of gardening!
Yoga in Didsbury Iyengar yoga classes 3 times a week at the university campus or at Kids Allowed (on Kingsway). Suitable for all levels.
Fitness Boot Camp Fitness Boot Camp runs exercise classes twice a week in Didsbury Park.

Friends of Marie Louise Gardens Formed in 2008, the Friends of Marie Louise Gardens work to protect and maintain another of Didsbury’s parks. We work closely with them and thank them for their help in setting up this website.
Friends of Parrs Wood Rural Studies Centre The Friends are dedicated to maintaining the centre, which provides a practical education in rural studies for children.
Didsbury Civic Society Supporting heritage and local businesses in Didsbury, the DCS is also responsible for Didsbury’s annual calendar.
Didsbury Arts Network DAN organises and promotes arts events in Didsbury, including an outdoor art exhibition, a book festival, a craft fair and a photography exhibition. DAN is responsible for the drawings on our Park Bingo card, so many thanks to them!
Social circle An organisation for younger Didsbury residents to get together and engage in various social activities, such as wine tasting, walking, girls’ nights out, etc.
Didsbury Cricket Club The club organises lacrosse and hockey teams, as well as cricket.
Celesta Players Didsbury’s amateur dramatics society, who put on four plays a year.
Lorna Ruskin photography Lorna is the photographer who took the pictures of the park you see on this site. She does wedding photography, lifestyle portraits, events and commissions.
Didsbury Village East Residents' AssociationDvera was formed on January 28th 2008.

Manchester City Council The council are responsible for running the parks. The council’s library and information service provided the old photographs of the park used on this site – thanks to them for their help!
Community Foundation for Greater Manchester This is an independent, non-profit, grant-making organisation which helps ensure community investments get to local groups.
